I know what you think...Why in the world would I review a safelist? Well, it turns out that Herculist is DIFFERENT, and in a good way when I say this.
Safelist is one of the best option to build your own list with affordable cost. Don't expect to make a sale right away, but you can definitely make money from this. Let's dive in!
What Is Herculist?
It's a safelist which has been tested through time and now they have a very large number of 300K members and keep growing by the day.
Right now they added some new features like Blurbs, Prime Ads, The Zone, List Volta besides the old plain email list and login ads.
These features basically designed to get more eyeballs to your ads and of course for you to pay more besides the regular membership cost which we will discuss below.
How Much Does Herculist Cost?
There are 3 tiers of membership and I will explain the difference along with their pricing below:
- Free
- This is the starter membership where you can test out if Herculist is the right platform for you.
- As a Free Member you will get benefits as described below:
- Daily plain text email/web ad submitted to 1000 members
- Earn 25% commissions on all referral membership payments
- 20 second timers
- 2:1 surf ratio
- $5 signup bonus
- Pro
- This is the second tier and it cost you $9/month or $29/year
- As a Pro Member you will get benefits as described below:
- Plain text email/web ad submitted to 353038 members every other day
- Earn 35% commissions on all referral membership payments
- 15 second timers
- 1:1 surf ratio
- Active vacation mode (send ads without receiving other member
- submitted ads)
- $5 signup bonus
- Gold
- Now this is the one you should after if you think Herculist is for you. Don't sign up for Lifetime Gold right after you just joined!
- Why? Because it's a trap! They will offer it at $69 in the beginning, but after you login into your Member Area, you can upgrade for only $50 one time! This will save you $19, so please remember what I tell you.
- You can also test it for $9/month or $39/year. Personally I think this is a waste of money and time. Better get the Lifetime Upgrade or keep being a Free Member.
- As a Gold Member you will get benefits as described below:
- Daily HTML or plain text email/web ad submitted to 353038 members
- First/last name subject line and body personalization option
- Earn 50% commissions on all referral membership payments
- 5 second timers
- 1:1 surf ratio
- Active vacation mode (send ads without receiving other member

- High ad credit value making the ads more sought after than Free or Pro ads

The Pros and Cons Of Herculist
Okay, so here is the deal: I don't really actually like safelist, but since a good buddy of mine recommended it because he get lots of sales from Herculist, I end up join him as a Lifetime Gold member.
It's just $50 one time and I think this is a good deal since I can make that back with just a few sales for low ticket products. From what I can tell you, I got a few sales from Herculist and decent number of leads, so I have no doubt to recommend Herculist to you.
What I like about Herculist:
- It has a large number of members compared to other safelists and it has proven to convert. You can actually make money from Herculist
- It has some features that help me get more eyeballs besides using the generic email blast.
- It is very affordable and I can pay a one time fee to become a Gold member. Now it depends on my copy skills to get people into my list and buy my stuff.
What I don't like about Herculist:
- It loads a lot of ads from the login page until I can get into the Ad mailers area. They use heavy javascripts so the loading time is taking quite some time
- Even if you upgrade as a Gold Member, you need to collect credits in order to submit your ad on Blurbs and The Zone. You can activate the vacation mode as a Gold Member so you don't have to read free member's emails, but you will still get emails from other Pro/Gold members.
- You can not skip the Prime and login ads. Well, that is why they paid Herculist anyway, so they can get eyeballs for their ad. But for me this is so annoying.
- Getting lots of emails every day is unavoidable. But that is manageable since we can just put them all into one place.
Do I Recommend Herculist?
If you want the lowest investment available to get thousands of eyeballs to your offer, then safelist is the answer.
You can try it for Free and see if Herculist is up to your taste or not. No pressure. What I can say is that Herculist has proven to convert in terms of leads and sales. In the end, that is what we all want, right?
If you got no time for testing a lot of safelists out there, just try Herculist for a few days and if you like it then you can upgrade to Lifetime Gold member. Don't choose the monthly option unless you are unsure if this is the right fit for you.
