Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
When someone visits our website we use a third-party service – Google Analytics – to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns.
We do this to track things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and interactions with the site.
This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
We do not make and we do not allow Google or any other third party to make any attempt to find out the identities of visitors to our website.
Who we share your data with
We are committed to building and maintaining the trust and confidence of all our visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses. We take your privacy seriously and take measures to provide all visitors and users of our website with a safe and secure environment.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your right to be forgotten/removed from our email list
If you wish to remove your email and all personal information from our email list, then please feel free to contact us.
In that case, we will remove your (contact) information immediately and never contact you again.
