Well, I have downloaded the ebooks and even though I don't check them one by one ( I can assure you that I don't have all the time in the world to check 3000 ebooks 😀 ), I can say that the quality is the same with the one you can find in PLR sites but I don't think that the information inside this ebooks are up to date and fresh.
So yeah, this is legit and you definitely can download all the 3000 ebooks so you can use it as lead magnet or maybe sell it as your low ticket offer (not recommended though) or for Bonuses.
It's not easy to come up with new ideas for bonuses, especially if you’re new to affiliate marketing. It’s hard work to say the least, and can drive you crazy trying to produce fresh bonuses for each promotion!

So in my opinion, it is better if you can come up with your own lead magnet instead of buying a PLR. But if you still want to buy the PLR, you need to change the wording in your lead/capture page so the visitor of your page won't know if this is actually a PLR.
I have said it before that you need to actually have a website or funnel builder before you can use these lead magnets. Without them, how can you actually hope to collect leads and then sending them affiliate offers?
That is why in my opinion it is better that you learn the fundamentals first and understand the sales & marketing process behind every funnel so that you can grasp the idea and implement it in your own style.
